Job Position – Store In Charge

Inventory & Procurement Coordination
Experienced in managing end-to-end store operations with strong focus on inventory control and supplier coordination. Key responsibilities include:
– GRN (Goods Receipt Note) posting and system updates
– Preparing and issuing LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)
– Generating delivery notes from store to site
– Monthly stock maintenance and reconciliation
– Annual physical stock taking and reporting
– Continuous follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability
– Supporting site requirements with efficient material dispatch and documentation
– ERP Knowledge is a plus
– MEP Knowledge is a plus
– Minimum 1 year UAE experience
Skilled in maintaining accurate records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring smooth material flow between store and project sites.
Education qualification – Any Bachelor degree or equilant
