Job Position – Storekeeper
Company Name – ASGC
Key Responsibilities:
– Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials and tools.
– Maintaining proper storage and organization of civil materials.
– Issuing materials as per site requirements and maintaining accurate records.
– Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement for replenishment.
– Conducting regular inventory checks and preparing stock reports.
– Ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
– Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the store area.
– Keeping all documentation updated (GRN, delivery notes, issue slips).
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a storekeeper in construction/civil projects.
– Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
– Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Office.
– Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage site requirements efficiently.
