Job Position – Supply Chain Associate

Location: Dubai
This role focuses on detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer to manage and optimize supply chain activities, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, logistics, and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring receivables and collections to maintain smooth financial operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, supplier coordination, and an analytical approach to supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to optimize stock management.
Track shipments and address any issues related to delays or quality concerns.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Maintain accurate records of procurement, logistics, and receivables.
Prepare reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and financial status.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and import/export laws.
Identify areas for process improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Ensure proper documentation and invoicing for supply chain transactions.
Monitor outstanding payments from customers and follow up on collections.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
Coordinate with the finance team to track receivables and resolve payment issues.
Assist in negotiating favorable payment terms with clients while maintaining good relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software (ERP, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
