Job Position – System Support /Project Coordinator

Experience: 6- 8 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or MBA
Contract: 8 Months Extendable
Responsibilities
– Candidate will be responsible to handle customer support and customer complaints receive from social media related to Retail Banking systems (Finn One CAS, Finn One Collection & PRIME TSYS System).
– Providing support to contribute for the strategic plan and project coordination.
– Setup the project meetings with internal and vendor and track the meeting minutes milestones.
– Manage the project Issues and Risk tracking.
– Ensure the application of SDLC standards by their team members.
– Managing Implementation, SIT, UAT and Trainings.
– Work with cross-functional teams to develop and document a common understanding of project requirements.
– Validate and maintain customer payment records and responding to queries with the help of System FinnOne CAS and Collection System.
– Responsible to check and provide accurate information related to customer loan using FinnOne Systems.
