Job Position – Talent Acquisition Officer
Company Name – Al Nasr Contracting
Location: Head Office – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in Talent Acquisition within contracting companies, preferably in infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs
Manage talent pipelines for key technical and project-based roles
Ensure timely and quality hiring in compliance with UAE labor laws
Represent the company in career fairs and recruitment events
Candidate Profile:
Proven recruitment experience (7+ years) in UAE-based contracting companies
Strong knowledge of infrastructure project staffing needs
Familiar with UAE labor market dynamics and recruitment platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
