Talent Acquisition Officer & Specialist required in IFFCO Group “Sales & Distribution” division Sharjah UAE.

– Must be willing to work in Sharjah, UAE
– Must have experience of end to end recruitment for FMCG-Commercial division (Sales & Distribution) OR
– Experience of recruitment agency handling recruitment for FMCG- Commercial division (Sales & Distribution)

1. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Executive level)
– Must have 8-10 years of end to end recruitment experience in FMCG
– Hands on experience in On Boarding & Off Boarding
– Hands on experience in using SAP – “Success Factors” Recruitment & On boarding module
– Well versed with MS Office suite

2. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Officer level)
– Must have 4-6 years of end to end recruitment experience in FMCG
– Hands on experience in On Boarding
– Well versed with MS Office suite
