The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions, as well as managing relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including legal compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Should have working experience in the real estate industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
