Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

A Dubai-based recruitment and workforce solutions firm providing Talent Acquisition, EOR, HR Consulting, HR Technology, BPO, Company Setup, and Visa & Mobility Support across the UAE and a wider 75+ country partner network.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dubai team and manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse client mandates.
What we’re looking for:
-2–3+ years’ recruitment agency experience in Dubai/UAE
-Strong sourcing & headhunting skills
-Experience managing multiple live vacancies
-Good understanding of the UAE talent market
-Strong client & candidate communication
-Comfortable with recruitment KPIs and delivery targets
