Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE—mandatory
– Proven ability to manage high-volume sourcing across multiple platforms and job levels
Agency experience is required
– Strong skills in candidate outreach, screening, and fit assessment
– Experience in preparing candidate summaries and evaluation notes
– Proven track record in sourcing across junior, mid, and senior-level roles
– Salary budget between AED 7000 and AED 8000 plus incentives
