Commercial Team Support
Experience- 1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative role, with experience in purchasing and invoicing preferred.

Job Summary:
The Office Administrator – Commercial Team Support is responsible for managing and processing all purchase orders and invoices for the commercial team, supporting special commercial projects, and monitoring and tracking all commercial team costs and expenses. They are also responsible for consolidating all backup documentation for quick and easy access.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process purchase orders and invoices for the commercial team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Support the commercial team in special projects, such as preparing presentations, coordinating events, or conducting research.
Monitor and track all commercial team costs and expenses, ensuring they are within budget and identifying any discrepancies or areas of concern.
Consolidate all backup documentation for easy access and retrieval, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to purchase orders and invoices.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
