10+ years functional experience on implementing Manufacturing/Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 initiatives in complex Consumer Goods environments
Proven experience in solutions architecture and definition of technical organization
Proven experience in integrating Manufacturing and OT solutions with ERP and other solutions
Experience with Agile ways of working
Experience in systems planning, development methodologies and business process management
Experience of managing budgets
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong Communication skills
Strong Planning and organisation skills
Good Analytical and IT Architecture skills
