Technical Interior Designer

Join our team as a Fit-Out and help bring exceptional F&B and restaurant spaces to life

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings for F&B and restaurant interior fit-out projects.
– Translate design concepts into precise, buildable solutions aligned with site conditions and project requirements.
– Coordinate with design teams, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved during execution.
– Prepare detailed joinery, ceiling, lighting, and material specifications.
– Conduct site inspections to verify implementation and resolve design or technical issues.
– Ensure all drawings meet local standards, codes, and fit-out guidelines.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
– 5 years – above of experience in technical design and fit-out drawings, preferably for F&B or hospitality projects.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and MS Office (Revit is a plus).
– Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction methods.
– Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
