Lead and manage all technical aspects of a construction project, ensuring that designs are executed accurately, safely, and efficiently. The role supports timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of the construction project, including design reviews and engineering deliverables.
– Lead technical teams and liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
– Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling by providing accurate technical input.
