Job Position – Technical Project Manager
Company Name – Halian
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (onsite 5 days per week in the office)
Employment Type: 12 months extendable
Start: Immediate joiners or 4 weeks maximum

What we’re looking for:
-Technical project management (10+ years), engineering, or product delivery.
-Proven track record of delivering GenAI and AI/ML systems, enterprise software, or cloud infrastructure projects.
-Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI/ML products and projects (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, data pipelines).
-Strong technical foundation to engage engineers on architecture, APIs, and deployment.
-Experience with program governance and reporting using PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
-Strong communication and executive reporting skills.
Key Skills:
-Figma Wireframing
-Experience in Agile Scrum
-Remove impediments
-Help to improve the team’s overall efficiency
-Experience in Data and AI projects
-Organize and lead scrum events
-Including sprint planning
-Daily scrum
-Scrum reviews
-Expert in implementing agile principles
-Fostering collaboration
-Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
