Job Position – Technical Support
As a Technical Support Female, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers who use our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to ensure that our customers receive prompt and efficient technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via email, phone, or chat
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our applications
– Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues
– Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or developers
– Provide training and support to customers on how to use our applications
– Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates
– Participate in the development and maintenance of our knowledge base and support documentation
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
-Fluent speaker is Must
– 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
– Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience with remote support tools and technologies
– Fluency in English and any other languages is a plus
