We are growing and expanding, therefore we are hiring for Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai!
THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Solve technical issues and look for a way to reduce them;
• Consult employees and customers on device/solution related technical issues;
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records;
• Prepare technical tasks;
• Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems;
• Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts,
• completing the installation, performing acceptance tests;
• Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our company’s products and solutions;
Communicate with clients and provide Technical Support/Technical Help via phone/Skype and remote
• connection;
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved
• methods and techniques, recommending system improvements;
• Available to visit clients in UAE and able to meet customers in the office and be involved in meetings to answer technical questions;
• When needed, take part in exhibitions/conferences and present technical presentation of our product
THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED
• Not more than 30 years old;
• Bilingual: English & Arabic Speaking only
• Educational background must be from any of these fields
• Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering;
• Must have previous work experience in Technical Support and Customer support;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Presentation skills required;
• Must speak, read and write in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage;
• Candidate must be ready to travel anytime inside/outside UAE;
• Preferably with UAE Driving license;
• Good communication skills both written and verbal;
• Teamworking ability;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Planning skills;
• The ability to build relationships.
