Job Position – Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide continuous support throughout pre-market, pre-production, and production phases.
– Serve as first point of contact for customer technical inquiries during daily operations via helpdesk.
– Perform basic troubleshooting for networking and server-related issues.
– Escalate complex cases to Level 2/Level 3 teams with proper documentation.
– Coordinate closely with the Application Support team to ensure cohesive customer service delivery.
Skill Requirements:
– Entry-level proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
– Basic server maintenance (Windows/Linux OS, patching, monitoring).
– Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven workflows.
– Strong communication and customer service orientation.
