About The Role

Do you have a passion to fix? Are you an experienced Technician who understands well all aspects of HVAC maintenance and ETS Room, District cooling operations and Chilled water system? Are you passionate about training others? If so, then this vacancy is for you!

In this role, you will be required to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures, this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features etc.

You will be requested to carry out CBM’s (Conditional Based Maintenance) as assigned and follows through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines and manuals.

Additionally, you will be handling tools and equipment as issued, ensure calibration is updated and keeping areas clean – before, during and after jobs.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to complete assigned task with no supervision and at least 6 years of experience in a specific facilities maintenance trade supported with certification form the trade school or upper education.

We expect you to have hands on experience with maintenance of HVAC Units (AHU/ FAHU/ FCU/ Ventilation fans ) and solid knowledge about ETS Room / District cooling operations / Chilled water System. You will have the ability to perform PPM tasks and re-building valves, brazing, fabrications, replacing worn parts and accomplishing other major repairs.

Your strong expertise of repairing, maintaining and providing technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel – freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chiller, etc. will ensure everything is up and running in no time.

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate your strong knowledge of BMS system, Operation and Maintenance of basic electrical systems and controls.
