Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Technician with a strong background in the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee and snack vending machines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric attitude. This role is essential to ensuring machine uptime and providing excellent service to our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and test vending machines at client locations.
– Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and regular inspections.
– Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in coffee and snack vending machines.
– Respond to emergency breakdown calls and resolve issues efficiently.
– Provide on-site training and guidance to clients on machine usage when required.
– Maintain detailed service reports and update maintenance logs.
– Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate installations, replacements, and technical upgrades.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all times.
– Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and workshop cleanliness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Minimum 1–2 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in vending machines, coffee machines, or related equipment.
– Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, sensors, and basic IT/network troubleshooting.
– Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, circuit diagrams, and service documentation.
– Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.
– Good communication skills in English, Arabic & Hindi.
– UAE driving license.
– Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move machines when needed.
– Must be punctual, well-organized, and capable of working independently or in a team.
