Job Position – Tele Caller
Company Name – Accord
Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers with relevant telecalling experience in their native country are welcome to apply)
Salary: Starting from AED 5,000
Location: Business Bay
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience or freshers with relevant experience from their native country are encouraged to apply. As a Telecaller, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, address inquiries, and build strong customer relationships. You will receive full support from management to gain a deep understanding of the product and regular briefings from various developers to stay updated.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Provide product/service details and address customer queries.
Maintain and update a customer information database.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of telecalling or related experience, or relevant experience in your native country (for freshers).
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic computer proficiency.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
