About the job
We are looking for proactive Telesellers with a minimum of 2 years of direct sales over the phone experience to join our UAE Telesellers Team based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
The main role is to sell directly over the phone, managing inbound enquiry and executing outbound call campaigns. Our omnichannel strategy is to collaborate with the field sales team for Business-to-Business clients including fitness centres, the military, hotels and more. We are professional, driven, and consultative salespeople with excellent communication skills, strong teamwork, a passion for sports, fitness, and wellness. With an established team and onsite showroom (also available as the staff gym), the role can suit an existing Teleseller or even an individual who is willing to start their career in sales as training will be provided.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guarantee the achievement of Inside Sales targets and KPI’s.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by understanding his/her needs and offering the right solution to reach his/her goals.
- Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales.
- Guarantee creation of new business opportunities for the field sales team through scheduling meetings and ensuring complete market coverage.
- Execute outbound call campaigns generated with the marketing team based on new business and meeting generation.
- Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed.
- Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments.
- Manage and Profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee the sales to order process, from proposals to payment collection up to delivery and installation to ensure the premium customer journey.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in direct sales over the phone;
- Experience in Sport & Fitness, Automotive, Premium and Luxury Brands or Services, Fleet Corporate Accounts or Real-Estate industries;
- Experience in Sales of B2B / B2C Products or Services;
- Wellness Lifestyle, Sports enthusiast & Fitness passionate;
- CRM knowledge (SDFC preferred);
- Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills;
- Result-driven approach
- General knowledge and use of digital features and tools;
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities;
- Fitness wellness product knowledge (plus);
- Wellness oriented (sporty person, wellness lifestyle);
