Job Position – Telephone Operator Supervisor
Company Name – Danat Hotels
Locally available to join immediately fabulous Front Office team at Al Raha Beach Hotel Abu Dhabi.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible to run effectively the switchboard and supervise the operators ensuring incoming calls are given the highest possible service.
-Ensure that every call is attended and greeted politely in a professional manner as per hotel standard.
-Ensure all wake up calls are made at the correct time, according to the hotel standard.
-Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
