Job Position – Time Keeper or HR Assistant
Timekeeper- HR Assistant
Location : Dubai, UAE
Type : Full Time
Major Roles
Review timecards to ensure the employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete.
Work with employees to resolve errors like missing punches and job corrections.
For corrections after the payroll has processed, complete a Timecard Adjustment , obtain the employee and supervisor signature, and communicate to the Payroll department.
Provide support for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Schedule interviews, HR events, and meetings while maintaining agendas and ensuring all participants are well-informed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, suggesting improvements to HR processes when necessary.
Any Bachelor degree holder.
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 2 years Timekeeping Experience in UAE .
Preference to Hindi Speaking candidate.
Manufacturing experience is an added advantage
