Trading Accountant

Job Responsibilities

Hiring for an experienced and detail-oriented to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain Sales & Purchase Invoices
Prepare and process Delivery Notes
Handle shipment-related documentation and accounting work
Maintain and monitor inventory records
Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions
Perform Bank Reconciliation
Prepare and submit VAT Returns / VAT Filing
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Monitor Accounts Payable & Receivable
Coordinate with sales, purchase, warehouse, and logistics teams
Assist with monthly closing and other accounting activities

Candidate Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in trading company accounting preferred
Good knowledge of VAT, inventory, invoicing, and shipment documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
