You will be vital in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to our F&B staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide outstanding service in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement tailored training programs for F&B staff in a healthcare setting.
– Conduct training needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.
– Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
– Create training materials and resources to support the learning process.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
– Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the curriculum.
– Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
– Assist in the development and implementation of F&B policies and standards.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.
– Previous F&B experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
– Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
