Job Position – Transport Manager

SUHARA Group is hiring a Transport Manager to oversee and optimize our transportation operations across the UAE. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Strategically plan, coordinate, and manage comprehensive fleet operations across multiple locations.
– Optimize routes, schedules, and transportation costs to enhance efficiency.
– Ensure rigorous compliance with all local transport laws and safety standards.
– Supervise, train, and conduct performance reviews for drivers and logistics staff.
– Monitor vehicle maintenance and inspection schedules to maximize operational readiness.
– Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
– Prepare and analyze detailed transport reports for management to inform decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in transport or logistics management within the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of UAE road regulations and fleet compliance protocols.
– Excellent organizational and proven leadership skills.
– Proficiency in Transport Management Software (TMS) is a significant advantage.
– A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
– Bachelor’s degree is required.
