Job Position – Transport Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations, including ambulance and support vehicle services.
– Manage transport schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization to ensure operational efficiency.
– Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and healthcare transport standards.
– Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
– Maintain accurate transportation records, reports, and documentation.• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and transportation-related issues.
– Ensure timely response to patient transfer requests and operational requirements.• Train, mentor, and evaluate drivers and transport staff.
– Collaborate with healthcare teams and operational departments to support service delivery.
– Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and transportation costs.
Requirements:
– Bachelors Degree (Any Discipline)
– 3-5 years of experience in transport fleet operations, preferably within healthcare, ambulance, or service industries
– Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and fleet management practices
– Experience supervising drivers and transportation teams
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and transport management systems
– Valid UAE driving license preferred
– Ability to work flexible schedules and manage emergency operational requirements
