RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 8+ year of experience in treasury management with progressive financial practices and systems.
SECTOR EXPERIENCE
Retail estate sector, construction, financial services, or consulting.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
?Knowledge in real estate project financing, fund structuring and treasury is required
?Knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax principles and best practices.
?Strong skills in financial accounting, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis and financial reporting.
?Excellent financial analysis skills
?Understanding of the MENA market and banking environment
?Strong business acumen and investment evaluation experience
?Strong interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATION
•Bachelor degree in finance, or commerce, or economics or management from a reputable university.
•Professional financial qualification desired
