5) Project Manager – MEP
Education/Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Work Experience: Minimum 20 Years in the construction industry particularly in senior positions in the MEP Divisions. Must have experience in independently handling big MEP projects, last 5 years in managerial position.
6) Construction Manager – MEP
Education/Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Work Experience: Minimum 15 years Construction Industry with MEP Division, Good knowledge in all branches of MEP Engineering & Construction, last 5 years in managerial position.
7) Procurement Engineer – Civil & MEP
Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. CPP, CPPM certification is an advantage
Work Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Design, procurement / purchase, technical submittals, Knowledge of FIDIC Law, Knowledge of contractual terms & conditions.
8) Material Engineer – Civil
Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, Good knowledge in Civil Engineering and QMS. ISO-9001, ISO-14001
Updating of standards
9) Quantity Surveyor – Civil & MEP
Education/Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Specialized in Quantity survey
Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 in the Construction Industry as Quantity Surveyor in which minimum 3 years in the GCC.
Knowledge in Contracts and the UAE market conditions.
10) QA/QC Inspector
Education/Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage
Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in relevant field.
Knowledge: ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System, Material Codes, Procedures and International Standards, Data Analysis, Welding and Construction codes and standards, Reading and Interpreting drawings and Procedures
