Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society (ULCCS) is a century-old worker-owned cooperative founded in 1925 in Kerala, India, and today stands as Asia’s largest labour cooperative and the world’s second-largest. Headquartered in Kozhikode, ULCCS began as a small collective and has grown into a diversified infrastructure powerhouse—executing over 8,000 projects in sectors including buildings, roads, bridges, and IT parks.
