Hiring for these 2 confirmed roles
1) EVENT PLANNER – ABU DHABI
-ASAP start for 3 months
-Mon – Fri, regular work hours with extended hours during event dates post & pre + weekends.
-Must possess own UAE residency with a valid NOC.
-Based in Abu Dhabi at clients office + onsite.
-Ideally has a valid drivers license.
Scope/Qualifications –
-The ideal candidate will have 4 years of operational experience in managing large scale events & exhibitions from overseeing execution to setting up of large events with excellent coordination & communication skills.
-Knowledge about exhibitions industry, floor management & terminology used.
-Knowledge of health and safety norms, govt. laws and procedures.
-Solid experience in planning, organising event activities.
-Pre show planning & post show appraisal working knowhow.
-Skilled in show management, coordinating with traffic depts, security & protocol, suppliers, vendor management and key stakeholder coordination.
2) PROJECT MANAGER – DUBAI
-Start date 4 Nov until 6 Feb. Dates might change based as per set up times, handover reports.
-Mon – Fri, regular work hours with extended hours during event dates post & pre + weekends.
-Must possess own UAE residency with a valid NOC.
-Based in Dubai at clients office + onsite.
-Ideally has a valid drivers license.
Scope/Qualifications –
-3+ years in project management with experience handling large scale events.
-The role sits within the sales function and will manage end to end delivery of a hospital feature project on time & in budget.
-Excellent communication skills as role involves dealing with stakeholders & delivery teams.
-A clever planner and manager that can juggle working around multiple functions including sales, customer success, marketing and operation teams.
-Ability to resolve issues proactively, manage risks and maximise customer experience.
-Top coordinating skills in dealing with suppliers on order lists, sponsored speaker slots and collating speaker details as needed.
-Ability to report financial, project updates, event requirements efficiently.
-Strong conflict resolution skills and able to facilitate and mediate team differences.
-Can take on other project related tasks as required.
