Video Production Manager- Live Events
Based in Dubai
Salary: AED 20,000/- plus benefits
Responsible for creating and producing video content. Required to work closely with clients, directors, writers, etc. to develop a concept into a finished product that meets the needs of the target audience.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in order to build rapport and ensure effective communication.
• Writing scripts, storyboards, and shooting lists to create a video production plan.
• Coordinating with other staff members such as art directors, sound engineers, as well as clients themselves, to ensure all details are accounted for.
• Overseeing the production process from start to finish, including hiring, scheduling, and managing all staff involved in the production.
• Researching topics relevant to the video’s subject matter to ensure accuracy of facts and relevance of information.
• Conceptualizing, planning, and producing video content, including arranging filming locations, and editing footage.
• Producing live broadcasts, including designing stage sets, coordinating lighting, and directing.
• Selecting appropriate equipment for each shoot, such as cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and sound boards.
• Pre-producing content for live events by combining creative, animations, and pre-recorded videos.
• Producing live events according to the client’s run-of-show.
• Coordinating with live participation of hosts and speakers in the recording of live events.
• Leading general video production and editing projects.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in producing, editing and creating graphics for video.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• An outstanding track record in supporting and delivering quality work for clients.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition and Adobe After Effects
• Advanced knowledge of video equipment, including, but not limited to, DSLR and video cameras, studio and location lighting, and microphones
• Ability to manage multiple projects within the constraints of timelines and budgets
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, learn rapidly and adapt to new video technologies and techniques.
