1) Front End Developer

With Expertise in React.js and Next.js

Expertise Description: We seek a highly skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building dynamic and responsive web applications, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain high-quality frontend features using React.js and Next.js.

· Implement smooth animations and transitions using GSAP and Framer Motion.

· Collaborate with design teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs.

· Utilize TypeScript for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

· Integrate HTTP requests and manage state effectively using libraries like Zustand, Redux, or Redux Toolkit.

· Optimize application performance and user experience.

· Implement responsive design principles using CSS, Sass, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI (MUI).

· Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and analytics integration.

· Optional: Develop and maintain Storybook components for UI testing and documentation.

· Optional: Conduct end-to-end testing using Cypress or Selenium.

Requirements

· Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js, with at least 5 years of experience.

· Solid understanding of GSAP and Framer Motion for animations and transitions.

· Experience with TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development.

· Familiarity with HTTP protocols and API integration.

· Knowledge of state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux, or Redux Toolkit.

· Proficiency in CSS, Sass, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI (MUI) for styling and UI components.

2) Personal Assistant to CEO cum Administrative Assistant

Main job responsibilities
-Answering the CEO’s emails and phone calls
-Scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements.
-Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
-Help with daily time management
-Run errands as requested
-Draft correspondence such as emails, contracts, and letters
-Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
-Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;
-Compiling documents for travel-related meetings
-Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all requirements are made e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
-Researches, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature

3) Customer Service Officers cum Admin Assistant

You will ensure that subscriber’s problem is understood and translated into a value-add deliverable. Interacting with the customer to identify the exact needs based on current business and service methodologies, translate this into user stories and requirements to achieve a solution solving customers’ specific problems and generating subscriber and user satisfaction.

A CSRs who is genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they need more information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer/subscriber inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility
Customer Service cum Admin Assistant Job Responsibilities: (CSR 30% inbound calls, 20% chat, 25 % email coordination, and 25% administrative jobs)
-Managing incoming phone calls and maintaining user confidentiality. (Inbound)
-Social media chats and replying to email inquiries.
-Identify and assess subscribers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with subscriber accounts through open and interactive communication
-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
-Ensure that all customer emails and social media complaints are followed up on and resolved within 24 hours of being received
-Office management, liaising with IT Department and Digital Marketing team.

Key Skills:
-Mandatory 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment, experience in an app service is an advantage.
-Experience liaising with a third-party supplier and coordinating with another vendor outside the country.
-Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
-Schedules meetings
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-Experience with relevant computer applications
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent English speaker is a Must!
-Organization, Professionalism, Verbal Communication
-Perfect data entry and typing skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
