Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional support to VIP clients through live chat, email, and phone
– Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with clarity, empathy, and urgency
– Identify root issues and propose fast, effective solutions
– Build strong, trust-based relationships with high-value clients
What We’re Looking For:
– High sensitivity to multicultural nuances and ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and accurately
– Strong listening skills, logical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
– Proven ability to work under pressure in high-expectation environments
– Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
– Maintains a positive attitude and consistent performance under demanding conditions
– Previous experience in customer service, crypto, or trading is a strong advantage
– Fluent in English , Turkish is a plus
