Job Position – VIP Onsite Support Engineer
Company Name – Halian
To join my client in Dubai! The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the related field, a Bachelor’s degree (Computer related is a plus), and must have experience providing C-suite executives/Senior Management support.
Responsibilities include providing onsite end-user equipment support, meeting SLA for client ticket requests, assessing and prioritizing incidents while investigating and resolving critical incidents, facilitating progressive internal and external updates, and taking action to mitigate incidents quickly.
The candidate must already be based in UAE, possess good analytical skills, customer service focused and be well-spoken. If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this role,
