Qualification: Degree with 8-12 years retail experience (Hypermarket), 3 years as Asst. Store Manager or above role in GCC
2) SECTION MANAGERS: (SUPERMARKET MANAGER, DEPARTMENT STORE MANAGER, FRESH FOOD MANAGER, FRONT END MANAGER, LIFESTYLE MANAGER)
Qualification: Degree with 5-7 years retail experience (Hypermarket), 2 years as Section Supervisor or above role in GCC
3) SUPERMARKET BUYER / FRESH FOOD BUYER
Qualification: Bachelor Degree with 4-7 years local purchase experience in retail (Hypermarket/Supermarket) in GCC
4) CATEGORY SUPERVISORS (MULTIPLE CATEGORIES)
Plus-Two with 4-6 years experience (Supermarket/Hypermarket), 2 years as Section Supervisor in GCC
5) FRONT END SUPERVISOR / CASH SUPERVISOR
Plus-Two with 4-6 years experience, 2 years as Front-End/ Cash Supervisor (Supermarket/Hypermarket) in GCC
6) HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Plus-Two with 2-4 years experience, 1 year as Housekeeping Supervisor
7) RECEIVING IN-CHARGE
B.Com with 4-6 years experience (Supermarket/Hypermarket), 2 years as Receiving In-Charge in GCC
8) RECEIVER
B.Com with 2-4 years experience (2 years as Receiver in Supermarket/Hypermarket/Logistics company)
9) CASHIER
Plus-Two with minimum 1 years Supermarket/Hypermarket/ experience:
Basic English & fluent in Hindi language
Previous experience in Casher Role
10) SALESMAN
Plus-Two with minimum 1 years Supermarket/Hypermarket/retail store experience
11) SENIOR SALESMAN
Plus-Two with minimum 2 years Supermarket/Hypermarket/retail store experience
12) CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCECUTIVE
Plus-Two with minimum 2 years Supermarket/Hypermarket/Retail store experience
13) FISH CUTTER
Plus-Two with 2 years Supermarket/Hypermarket/Retail stall experience
14) BUTCHER
Plus-Two with 2 years Supermarket/Hypermarket/Retail stall experience/KSA/UAE
15) INTERNAL SECURITY
Plus Two with a minimum of 2 years’ Hypermarket or mall security experience; SIRA/PSBD certification will be an added advantage
16) COUNTER STAFF (DELICATESSEN/HOT FOOD/BAKERY)
Plus-Two with minimum 2 years of Hypermarket/Restaurant Bakery experience
