Job Position – Warehouse Administrator
Company Name – Sino Hospital
-General assistance in the day-to-day operations of the Stores and Procurement department.
-Preparing Purchase Requisitions to procurement as per Reorder Level.
-Forecasting items requested by end-users.
-Following up on items with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
-Regularly verifying stocks both in the system and manually to maintain accurate inventory records.
-Supervising the annual and half-stock inventory in all departments.
-Submitting invoices to the finance department for payment processing.
-Monitoring near expiry items and coordinating with the purchase department for replacements.
-Ensuring that end-user requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
-Assigning porters for packing boxes/bags for designated areas.
-Filing stores-related documents as required for record-keeping.
-Assigning non-stock items to the concerned departments along with the invoice.
-Having knowledge in preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and internal transfers to departments in the ERP system.
-Prioritizing the procurement and stocking of critical items to maintain sufficient quantities.
