Hiring Warehouse Inventory Controller

Job Requirements?
1. Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure that only authorized materials are stored in the warehouse?
2. Ensuring that warehouse staff members are following company policies and procedures for inventory control and packaging, including safety measures such as wearing protective gear when handling hazardous materials?
3. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that orders are shipped on time, damaged goods are replaced, and customers are kept informed about their orders’ status?
4. Responsible for the statistics, archiving, accounting, and system data input of warehouse data and connecting the relevant data with the financial department.
5. Reviewing inventory reports to identify problems with supply levels or product quality, and working with suppliers to resolve these issues?
6. Coordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency and security of materials?
7. Assisting with equipment maintenance;

Job Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified;
2. Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
3. Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
4. Database management skills.
5. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
6. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
7. Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
