Job Position – Warehouse Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities
-Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
-Lead and train warehouse staff to improve productivity
-Plan and prioritize work assignments for optimal workflow
-Identify improvement areas and implement efficient warehouse practices
-Ensure safety and compliance with warehouse regulations
-Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient shipping and receiving
-Implement process improvements for better efficiency
-Strong conflict resolution skills
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations/logistics leadership
-Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
-Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Bachelor’s degree in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field
