Hiring for an experienced Post Contract with strong expertise in the façade and aluminium industry.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant post-contract QS experience.
Strong knowledge of façade, aluminium, glass, and curtain wall projects.
Expertise in variations, claims, interim payments, cost control, and final account settlements.
Excellent commercial negotiation and contract administration skills.
UAE construction industry experience is highly preferred.
