Job Position – Sales Managers
Company Name – BI Group
To join growing team in Dubai and drive sales performance across our residential and mixed-use developments.
We’re looking for someone with:
– Fluent Arabic and/or Hindi – a must
– 3-5+ years of real estate sales experience
– Strong experience in the UAE / Dubai real estate market
– Minimum 3 years in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role
– Proven track record in off-plan residential sales
– Strong relationships with brokers and experience managing broker channels
– Strong sales, negotiation, CRM and performance-management skills
– A commercial, target-driven and hands-on approach
You’ll be responsible for driving project sales, managing and coaching Sales Consultants, developing broker relationships, monitoring sales pipelines and conversion, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
