About the job

Purpose           Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos.

 Key Responsibility Areas

·        Responsible for creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.

·        Responsible and accountable to design and create below the line marketing materials.

·        Responsible and accountable to design and create artwork for various brands of Jewellery and Watches in form of advertisements.

·        Responsible and accountable for generating and manipulating graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.

·        Responsible and accountable for preparing illustrations or rough sketches of material.

·        Study illustrations and photographs to plan the presentation of materials, products, or services.

·        Responsible for developing, 2D designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.

 

Key Performance Indicator’s

·        Design and create below the line marketing materials.

·        Design and create artwork for advertisements.

·        Incorporate changes and update the website on a regular basis.

 

Competencies

·        Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of artworks and other creative executions.

·        Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

·        Knowledge of current graphic design software (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effect, In design, Premiere pro)

·        Be abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.

·        Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

·        Strong communication skills and ability to convey creative ideas.

 

Education: Graduate Degree plus Certification in 2D Graphic Designing and motion.

 

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
