Job Position – Workshop Supervisor / Manager
Company Name – Saad Precast
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the workshop, plant, and yard facilities.
-Supervise maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
-Manage servicing schedules for the vehicle fleet.
-Coordinate with site teams for equipment availability and deployment.
-Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
-Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in workshop supervision or fleet & plant maintenance.
-Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.
-Proven experience in heavy equipment, and construction machinery servicing and repairs.
-Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
