Job Position – A/C technician
Work Location: Abu Dhabi Office
Leave Cycle: 335/30
Working Hours: Abu Dhabi: 07:00 to 15:00 (6-days a week)
Air Ticket: Round trip – Economy class provided
Medical: Health Insurance provided
Contract Type: Contract Hire
Food: Subsidised Food will be provided
Accommodation: Single status accommodation provided as per Company policy
Salary: AED 3,700 per month
Other Conditions: All other conditions will be as per UAE/ABU DHABI LABOUR LAW.
Qualification (minimum): Technical Diploma (Air-conditioning) with computer knowledge
Experience (minimum):
– 3-5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred
– Must have UAE driving license
Job Description & Responsibilities:
– Maintaining and repairing of container units, as well as handling all AC-related works at the AUH field office.
– The AC Technician will be responsible for providing basic first-level preventative and reactive maintenance concerning air conditioning units, refrigerated containers, window or split air conditioners, fan cooling units, chilling water, cold storage, refrigerated transport containers, etc. in order to support the operational requirements of the maintenance department.
– Monitor and report any anomalies while conducting preventative and reactive maintenance to enable the Supervisor to take corrective actions.
– Carry out other general maintenance activities as directed by the supervisor in order to support the completion of tasks of the maintenance department.
– Coordinate activities with other Units within the Department as well as other related sections.
– Effective maintenance and troubleshooting of cooling equipment.
– Effective escalation by reporting anomalies.
– Supportive participation in all general maintenance work to enable smooth functionality of maintenance operations.
Knowledge & Skills:
– Good technical knowledge of cooling equipment.
– Strong troubleshooting skills.
