Job Position – Hotel Manager
Company Name –
Flagship 4-star hotel in Dubai is hiring for a dynamic and experienced
to lead our operations, inspire our people and create exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader who sees hospitality as more than operations, checklists and KPIs. As the Hotel Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all — setting the tone, leading from the front and bringing people, performance and the LEVA experience together.
What we’re looking for:
6–8+ years of progressive hotel operations experience
Experience in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role
Strong Rooms Division and overall hotel operations knowledge
Proven people leadership and team development skills
Strong commercial, financial and revenue awareness
Experience with budgeting, cost control and KPIs
UAE hospitality experience preferred
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
