Job Position – Academic Advisor

About:
UKCBC (UK College of Business and Computing) is seeking a proactive and skilled Academic Advisor to guide prospective and current students through their educational journey. The ideal candidate will provide accurate programme information, support the admissions process, and help students make informed decisions to achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to student inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
– Advise students on programme options, course selection, and admission requirements.
– Provide programme demonstrations to prospective students.
– Manage the admissions process, ensuring smooth conversion from leads to enrolment.
– Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with prospective students.
– Plan and implement methods to improve admissions performance and achieve enrolment targets.
– Collaborate with the academic and admissions teams to enhance the student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, or education admissions.
– Proven track record of achieving enrolment/admissions targets.
-Must be based in the UAE.
