Job Position – ACC Document Controller
Company Name – MTEC Electromechanical
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: MEP Contracting / Construction
Experience: 3–8 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)
With strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and MEP construction project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain project documentation through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Handle MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, material approvals, and as-built drawings.
Maintain document registers, transmittals, revision logs, and approval tracking.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, technical engineers, BIM teams, and site engineers.
Monitor document submission workflows and follow up on pending approvals.
Ensure proper document filing, version control, and project handover documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP / Construction Document Control.
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MEP drawings and technical documentation.
Experience with consultant submissions and approval procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
