Job Position – Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
– Develop strong, lasting relationships to maintain and grow key accounts.
– Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in line with business objectives.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
– Prepare account reports, monitor KPIs, and support business development initiatives.
Requirements
– Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role (preferably in construction, fit-out, furniture, or real estate sectors).
– Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and deadlines.
– Based in Abu Dhabi (or willing to relocate).
