Job Position – Accountant
Company Name – Speedy Delivery
With 1–2 years of experience (preferably in 3PL/logistics companies in the UAE) to manage daily financial operations and support overall financial health and reporting.
You will be responsible for:
• Overseeing daily petty cash operations, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of all transactions.
• Retrieving daily bank statements and entering transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Following up on outstanding receivables and updating their status in shared channels.
• Assisting in the preparation of accounts receivable reports.
• Collaborating with HR for payroll processing, including verifying working days and addressing any discrepancies.
• Performing regular reconciliations of petty cash, bank statements, and other financial records.
• Preparing weekly performance reports focusing on key financial metrics.
• Assisting in tracking departmental performance vs. budgetary goals.
• Managing cash disbursements against approved advances and expense invoices.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–2 years in accounting roles (Preference given to candidates with 3PL industry experience in the UAE).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu (Preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
