Job Position – Accountant cum Office Admin
With knowledge and excellent in Accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks), Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Education – B. Com
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
– Manage all accounting transactions.
– Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
– Handle quarterly and closings.
– Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
– Manage all bills
– Collect/submit cheque payments and documents.
– Assist in office admin works.
– Develop and maintain a filing system.
– Ensuring all accounting data are recorded.
